Help Us Upgrade Our Emergency Safety Kits on Give Local America Day

Give Local America May 6 2014 and Help Saint Vincents Day Home Buy New Emergency KitsFor 24 hours, on May 6 only, Saint Vincent’s Day Home is participating in East Bay Gives Day of Giving. In fact, Give Local America is happening across the country!

We are asking you, those who know the successful work done at the Day Home to make a contribution, and even more importantly, spread the word to your family, friends and colleagues to make a donation as well.

With your support, and others like you, we’ll be able to be better prepared for an emergency. The children’s safety and wellbeing is a top priority here at the Day Home. Our students spend most of their day with us, and are quite likely to be with us in the event of an emergency such as an earthquake.

Our goal for Giving Day is to put a Red Cross Emergency Kit in every classroom at Saint Vincent’s Day Home. Please give, even as little as $20, to helps us raise $600 to purchase and train our staff on how to use the emergency kits.
