For the first time EVER, every family at SVDH was supported by our Holiday Gift Drive. Orinda Community Church, Transfiguration Church, Bishop O’Dowd High School, and an overwhelming number of generous families, individuals and local companies donated $49,000 worth of gifts for our 186 families. This would not have been possible without our amazing volunteers from SquashDrive, Pandora, Glassdoor, Junior League of the East Bay, Wells Fargo and Doreen Lorenzzetti.
With the help of our generous community and volunteers, each family had gifts and the means to share something special with each other while worrying a little less this holiday season. This was an unprecedented level of success, and we thank all of you who participated for being a part of something so special!
