A LETTER FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dear Saint Vincent’s Day Home Community,
As we move through the summer, I’m filled with gratitude for the SVDH staff and families who make each day engaging. July was a month of celebration, learning, and growth at the Day Home. We welcomed new students, celebrated the Fourth of July with meaningful activities, and reaffirmed our commitment to fostering an inclusive, nurturing environment for every child.
Our journey is one of constant growth, and it is a pleasure to share some of our recent highlights and upcoming events with you. From our successful Stingrays Summer Program to the enriching Garden Day event, and the professional development of our staff, there is much to celebrate and look forward to! I was lucky enough to participate in the Great Administrators Seminar, where I connected with other California leaders in Early Education.
I am particularly excited about our Annual Open House & Champagne Brunch on October 5th. This event is a wonderful opportunity for us to come together, enjoy delicious food and refreshing champagne, and explore the exciting plans for our Green Oasis play yard renovation. We hope to see many of our community members and supporters at the Day Home as we celebrate and work towards creating a greener, more enjoyable space for everyone.
