My name is Cambria Griffin (she/her), and I have been surrounded by youth development my whole life, both personally and professionally. My childhood home was a daycare, and I have worked with multiple nonprofits focused on developing curious and confident children. I believe kids are our future, and I am proud to support the next generation.
I am a systematic and operational thinker, passionate about supporting mission-driven work through simplicity. I enjoy working at the intersection of technology, operations, and people to ensure everyone has what they need to succeed. Most recently, I worked with the Girl Scouts of Northern California, helping to ensure facilities and operations ran smoothly.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and exploring my rotating hobbies—I’m currently learning to paint with watercolors. I also love camping, reading memoirs, hunting for vintage treasures, and supporting local businesses and circular economies.
